Apple TV and Itunes home share

My itunes library is on a pc protected by Norton 360.  My apple tv is connected to my network, but I am having problems using the home share feature to find my itunes library.  I've connected to the network wireless and using an ethernet.  I've also temporarily turned off my firewall and still had no luck finding my itunes library.

 

I installed itunes on a new unprotected dell laptop and the apple tv was able to find it with no problem, but the laptop couldn't find my itunes from the pc either.  What do I need to adjust within Norton 360 to allow itunes home share to work.  Also, I verified that my itunes is the latest version.
