I recently had to apply for an ESTA so typed in ESTA into the Norton safesearch engine. The first site to appear was NOT the official site for the US government but was a private company which charges an extortionate fee for a service that you can do online on the official site for a fraction of the cost. So if anyone is thinking of applying then make sure you go to the official site. Hey Norton how about reorganising the search engine to put the official site at the top.
