Have just upgraded to 2012. Having a look round, clicked on Performance/Application ratings and got a message saying it couldn't collect the necessary data because it couldn't connect to the Symantec server. I was connected to the internet because I had just done a live update and all other web connections, Google etc. were working OK. Tried a re-install and that didn't work. Anyone any ideas
