I have NIS 2010
whenever an application starts for the first time it takes a long time i.e.there is a gap of 20-30 sec and then app starts loading, subsequently it loads normally.Disabling norton solves the problem
Disconnecting from the internet also solves the problem
this did not happen in NIS 2009 what could be the problem.
Also when i format and reinstall windows is there a way to backup and then restore NIS 2010 settings i hate to setup all the settings and exclusions etc when i format
