When a patch is delivered through LiveUpdate. After it's applied not all applications are restarted. Since NIS has started this patch without a reboot. I've noticed a lot of the systray icons or startup programs are not restarted. Or at least they do not all show up in the systray.
This isn't a problem with my system. Because it's happened on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and Windows 8 Pro 64 bit.
