OS WIN 10; Windows Fast start enabled
I know there have been replies to similar issues but can anyone help me out, please? For over two weeks I've been trying to apply unsuccessfully the latest patch. This is what I've encountered:
The product has d/l ok. I then click apply - closing apps ok -restarting apps ok- desktop comes back on but I'm unable to open the Norton icon. I restart or log out, open the icon and it's again telling me to apply the patch.
Alternatively I click apply and it takes straight back to the Norton dashboard. I restart but to no avail.
I haven't received any error messages. Any help much appreciated.
