Your problems don't make sense, you posted:

 

VISTA INDEX SAYS that (SLADE) is having these startup problems:

STARTUP PROGRAMS CAUSING SLOW START:
            Symantec Service Framework - ccSvcHst.exe - Symantec Corp. 60.7 seconds
            COMODO Internet Security - cmdagent.exe - COMODO 52.3 seconds
            On-Access Scanner service - Mcshield.exe - McAfee, Inc. 32.5 seconds


What is this Vista index? Where are you seeing this message? Your HJT log shows no indication of cmdagent.exe, or Mcshield.exe, anywhere on the Slade PC. I don't see any remnants of Comodo or Mcafee in the HJT log of the Slade PC, certainly none that are running at startup.
