In step 4 of the procedure to update Ghost 2003 at http://service1.symantec.com/Support/sharedtech.nsf/docid/2007010219171513 I get “Unable to connect to host” followed by “LU1834: LiveUpdate could not find an update file on the server. Please run LiveUpdate again.” I continue to get these error messages for 4 or 5 days now following instructions at the link. Others I know have the same problem trying to update Ghost 2003 from this link. Does anybody here know a solution or whether Symantec is aware of the problem?
