Are Dual Boot Systems Counted as One or Two Computers for Licensing Purposes?

I have a 3-computer NIS 2009 license.  One of my systems has both Win XP and Vista installed.  NIS 2009 is installed on both of these partitions.  Does this count as one or two computers?
