Are those files false positive?

Norton 360 scans my computer every week. It have never found anything abnormal.
But a few days ago, right after a compleate scan, I got a message that 4 HIGH critical elements was found.

Norton was unable to remove the elements.
It suggest a new scan - and I did so, but with the same result: Removing failed.

I can't do anything, and the message shows up every time I start my computer (Win 7, Ultimate, 32-bit).

The last days it also shows up frequently over the day. Well, I can't remove those 4 files manuelly (if it is true at all).
I have no choice in the drop-down boxes.

I contacted Norton online support, but they were not very kindly.
The supporter suggested a reference to a techinal supporter that could help me - for about $130.

Well, I wont pay so much. I already payed for Norton 360 to protect me.

I wonder why Norton suddenly report 4 different files with High Risk.

I thing, that it could be some false positives, so I downloaded Kaspersky Removal Tool, but it found nothing on my machine.

Norton wont help and I can't remove the 'risks' manuelly.

Why can't Norton remove those files (if they are there)?

What can I do now to stop the popup message about 'the risks' or remove them if it is true.

Thank's in advance.
