If you are having trouble on your full system scan. It may be a setting in your product that was changed while the product was updaing. I found that out from an experience a few weeks ago when I though I was going to have to take it in but, I first had the person look at it that installed the product for me. So if your having trouble with your full system scan try looking at your setting first because they might have gotten changed by mistake.
