Askeraser has hijacked my email, includes an advertisement for Norton Anti-virus 2014, insights_help

Why would Ask, intentionally advertise "Askeraser'  through the hijacking of email?

And, while advertisinf a Norton product.  Any, insights on how to rid if it, as every email message

is hijacked to this web address below:
