Asks again and recurrently for registration despite my active subscription. Is the team working on the problem?

Hi,

First of all, thank to the team for the uninstaller for Mac, too. Because sometimes the product is partially inactive, so cannot uninstall itself; the utility set the problem, before a new installation, made easier since some version.

But, on Mac OS 11 Big Sur, Norton 360 version 8.6.7 - build 66 asks me recurrently, on startup (session just opened), for registration, although my subscription is active and considered in the product, as you can see in attachment.

I found my active subscription in my account, to copy - paste my correspondant license key into the product, but it was not considered.

I wished to know if the team is aware of this problem, and if they can do something, or if I have to do something I would have omitted, please?
