"AT RISK FIX NOW" but it does not

 need your help.

 
I have version 17.7.0.12. security.  175 days left on subscription.
 
Everything was fine until i went away on holiday for 5 days, when i came back the AT RISK was red and Windows security was flagging up a virus protection out of date.
 
When i clicked on fix now, live updates ran etc but when that was finished it said problem not fixed??
 
On another post on the forum i read a similar problem and this user was told that the software was corrupted and was to download the remove tool etc and reinstall norton which i did.
 
The red At risk was green for 10mins or so but is red again.
 
Have you any thoughts on what is wrong?

Throught the one click support it flagged up INCORRECT DATE!!  Could this be the cause of my problem that the incorrect date is affecting the live up dates??

Have you checked your system date and time? Is it correct ie the current date and time? Did One-Click Support offer you any options to fix the incorrect date issue?
