When I click Quick Scan and Full Scan, nothing happens at all. No errors, no messages, no popup windows, no scan verification. The program doesn't freeze or anything, and I can continue to navigate to other menus and do other things on my computer at the same time, it just doesn't do ANYTHING
I had this problem about 2 weeks ago. I finally had to perform a complete uninstall and then reinstall of Norton (very tedious) – this worked - but two weeks later the problem has come back. Not being able to perform scans is a serious problem and performing complete uninstalls/reinstalls on a regular basis is not an acceptable solution.
