1- At start up; In W7 Security Center (from Action Center) my NIS2013 Firewall, anti-virus and anti-spyware are all 3, declared as turned off in Windows7 Security Center for about 10 seconds, and then they switch to turn on... I can even go online with IE, before Security Center reports the Firewall, AV and AS are reported as turn off, before even WSecurity Center reports anything beside UAC and Network Access Protection.
Is it normal for NIS to let me go online before Security Center even mentions firewall active?
2- If I run a generate health report, from W7 advance tools (at any time during a session). I get the anti-virus is turned off.
Please, what is this?
