My Norton AV has detected aupumesa.dll on my machine. After through scans I can NEITHER quarantine nor remove this trojan horse virus. HELP please. What to do? It's so frustrating being a rather unsophiscated user and not really up to speed on the ins & outs of this sort of thing. If I need to buy another virus protection i will. Suggestions welcome. I currently have Norton version 5.0 and System Works installed. yes, they are older however, when i had high speed i-net connected my ISP provided ANOTHER AV free and installed it. I now use Norton and the new CA anti virus they supplied. I am not getting any flags for anything other than than I can NOT reboot or shut down in the 'normal' fashion and it gets frustrating.
