Detailed description:

What can you do in case you have lost your authenticators.

2 step authentication has been enabled but authenticator app on mobile is lost and also original 10 authenticator codes are not known anymore ?

Without authentication it is impossible to login anymore.

Unfortunately for you and anyone else in this situation, there is no way to gain access until you can regain access to one of the authenticator items. This is the whole reason of having 2FA, so no one can pretend to be you to get around the 2FA.

Going forward everyone using 2FA should always ensure they have set up more than one method to authenticate. ie. mobile phone + landline phone + email or whatever other resources your Account allows. You could also use the mobile phone of someone you trust completely, such as your spouse/significant other, or family member.
