I keep getting the message that my pc is not protected by Sonar Advanced Protection.
Wheni I click Fix Now, it tells me it can't connect to the internet when obviously I am connected to the internet.
If I try to run Norton File Insight, it tells me the same thing.
This problem seems to have started after Norton did a scan and indicated I should remove several files. I needed all the marked files, so I simply unchecked the Remove boxes and closed out rather than clicking Fix Now since I thought that there would be nothing to fix after unchecking Remove.
Maybe I should have made a list of the files and tried to mark them as Trusted in Norton File Insight, but that would have been very tedious due to the number of files. Norton hadn't caught any of these "suspicious" files in a very timely manner apparently.
How can I fix the problem if Norton thinks I can't connect to the internet. I just get failed messages when I click a link for support within the application..
