I am for real-time removing of all Tracking cookies and blocks other risks from being using until the user did not answer that to do with it.
No, he does not remove Tracking Cookie proactively (automatically), just remove it (Norton) even do a quick check or the user do. Could have a monitoring of all input and output files on the computer.
