Auto protect and Sonar advanced protection will not stay on

I recenty purchased Norton Internet Security and I have found that in the computer settings

Auto protect and Sonar advanced protection will not stay on .I’ve tried everything but they keep reverting back to off

 

Also It says it is at risk ,I run FIXIT it shows  Auto protect Not Fixed and Advanced protect Not Fixed

 

Can anybody please help to sort this out…

I’ve done all the above and had no luck previously i had 2008 NIS and it worked perfectly

Did you do just what I said even with NIS 2009? Are you running any other security?

I did what you said I have no other security on my computer I just did a renewal and 2008 model was working

perfectly it was the same package as below but the 2008 model

Now I have another problem as I have removed all Norton product from my computer .. I can download

Norton Internet Security 2009 but there seems to be no way I can download  Norton SystemWorks Basic Edition 12.0
