Initial Question/Comment: Norton Auto-Protect not working, 'Your PC is not automatically protected from viruses, spyware and other risks. Several attempts to 'Fix Now' have failed. Ran diagnostic report. Tells me to upgrade to Windows 10? Don't want it.
Online Chat Box threw me out after telling me 35 minute wait.
Went back on again and still the waiting time is going up and down like a yo-yo.
Is there a general fault?
