Auto-Protect Turns off

I am having a problem where the Auto-Protect turns off right after it is enabled. I am not running any other virus software. I am using Program version 10.2.0.298 on a Vista Ultimate Machine. . I have stopped dn restarted all services to no avail. I have tried running the cmd prompt and FLTMC as instructed at http://community.norton.com/norton/board/message?board.id=Norton_360&message.id=12965&query.id=627488#M12965 and get an error " Filter listings failed with error:0x80070005" . Any suggestions? 

 

I ran Spybot and Malwarebytes and do not find any problems.

 

 

The number of your version seems unusual.  Are you running one of the corporate versions, such as Symantec Antivirus?

In other words: What is the Name of your Anti-Virus Product installed?

 

And have you tried Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware in Safe Mode of at least Drivers C: and D:?
