Auto Renew Was not turned on

Norton just charged my bank account $97.82 for a renewal I did not authorize. I had my Auto Renewal turned OFF. Please beware because they will take your money anyways and then tell you that an email had been sent prior to them helping themselves. What a poor way to do business. When I logged onto my account it said "there is a problem with your auto renewal". Now I have to pay my bank to prevent NORTON from removing anymore money from my account.

I don't have the money OR TIME to mess around with this kind of garbage, so I am deleting my account and will never renew with them again because of this.

If someone has the auto renewal set to off or manual.....Then that is what they want.

This is what is so scary about giving these kinds of companies our banking information.

NOTE TO NORTON: Don't think you will help yourself again to my account. I am reporting this as fraud to my bank.
