Auto renewal complaint

I just want to register my anger at the auto-renewal price/process. I am a long-time customer yet Norton auto-renewed at double the price of last year. I have turned off auto-renewal, but this is a shameful business practice and I will find something else. I may also contact the Better Business Bureau. The most absurd part of it is that they said they sent an email warning me of the new price, and knew the email would go to my spam folder (the rep told me), which I naturally deleted. Norton is able to email with with any number of different things just fine, but the price increase is intentionally(?) sent to Spam? From an internet security company? Just fricking ridiculous. A seriously pissed off customer...
