Thank you for renewing my annual subscription for £39.99. (when I can get exactly the same product on Amazon for around £15 or £20)
I just had to write to tell you that I am so pleased to learn that my automatic subscription for next year will be at the ridiculous low cost of £94.99.
How do you manage to keep your costs so low? Just such a small increase that is hardly noticeable.

(Somehow guys I don't think that's gonna happen!)
You are gonna lose a customer. But don't suppose you care.
Thank you so much for a prompt reply detailing refund options.
Please note that I was not seeking a refund or a response but that I was making an observation on renewal costs.
