Auto Renewal Costs

Dear Mr Norton...

Thank you for renewing my annual subscription for £39.99. (when I can get exactly the same product on Amazon for around £15 or £20)

I just had to write to tell you that I am so pleased to learn that my automatic subscription for next year will be at the ridiculous low cost of £94.99. 

How do you manage to keep your costs so low? Just such a small increase  that is hardly noticeable.

Users report renewal (credit card draw) 30--45 days before current subscription term expiry date.  
Users report Norton recurring subscription cost is more than new subscription from 3rd party vendors. 
Users may choose to shop Norton from reputable 3rd party vendors.  
Users may cancel recurring subscription. 

Maybe, Norton has an arrangement to not compete with 3rd party vendors.
