Auto renewal/Norton decline

Having been a user since 2011 I am seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere! (Windows Defender is looking good)

After suffering this year, 2022, having to regularly re start my computer, at inconvenient times, to load a patch, that was auto downloaded, to get the product to protect me again. Added to that the new requirement to enter financial details to auto renew when I do not want to commit for the future.

I, with all the services I buy, like to shop around to get best product/best value, before I commit. The Norton site does not give me that, so I buy elsewhere.

Time for Norton to get more customer focused, get a number 1 rating, drop Auto renew for those who do not want it, get price competitive.
