I have just renewed my Norton 360 subscription. If I had just followed the 'renew' link from my account - it would have cost me £74.99. I checked the Norton website and NO package costs that much! I renewed my package on the website and it cost me only £29.99! How can it differ so much? So a note of warning to other users - Switch Auto Renew off - you may be paying way over the real price. This issue has seriously undermined my confidence in Norton and if I had had more time I would have reviewed other companies offering Security packages.
