Auto renewal settings & service

When I login my account & want to make changes I thought by making that change (renewal of a product) it would go through the full system. I now find that if you want to stop a renewal you have to do this for every product you have. I think Norton should rethink who they are selling products to, the whole of Norton is so complicated you have to be a programmer just to find your way around the sites. There is nothing simple using Norton. I find now that because I didn't fully know the workings of each product, a renewal went through & took the money I put aside for my medication. I am just lucky enough I have some money coming to cover my medications. That's why I don't like renewals & I think as a older person in this climate of price explosions we watch each dollar. It is my hope that some one at Norton can see that some people of 60 or 70 + need more assistance than some others and a more simpler customer sign in portal should be looked at. Everywhere you go through the Norton sites you can't even get a real human to address problems & this thing where you flick & tick items doesn't cover everything. Even now on finishing this it may never be seen by one of those humans.

Be smarter and make things easier.
