Am trying to turn on Auto Renewal. Go through the page click OK and get email confirming it is On. However in the product it appears not to be on and Norton Utilities Premium keeps asking me to Re-Activate which takes me back to needing Auto Renewal being Switched on. any ideas?

Managed to get to Support via Chat speaking to a real person. Resolved it by renewing subscription at intro price and everything now working again. Worth the perseverance!
