I would like to cancel Norton Automatic Renewal A.S.A.P but the product order number (order made online from France) does not conform to the online cancellation form provided. I have spent all day trying to track down a telephone number but am either diverted back to the website (no help) or instructions to "Uncheck the check box for the Norton product in which you wish to disable Automatic Renewal" Unfortunately there is no check box so have run out of options.
