Is anyone able to help me with a question on auto-renewal? My product expires on Sept 8th. It auto-renewed on Sept 1st 2015. This year, I got an e-mail to say that the payment would go out on Aug 19th, but it didn't. The billing details on my account says "contract date" 1st September 2016, and as yet there is no bill/order on my order history. I'm assuming that this means it'll auto-renew on Sept 1st 2016, but am worried/confused about why I was told the payment'd go on Aug 19th and it hasn't done, and want to be sure that it'll definitely go on Sept 1st and won't just expire. I tried ringing up but was told that the people who deal with accounts don't answer the phones and that someone would ring me back, which they haven't done. So I'm confused and not sure what to do.
