I have installed Norton VPN on my iPhone. When "Auto Select region" is selected the VPN never connect, the only way to connect is to select a region manually the it connects. Is there any way to fix this. I am not facing this issue in the Samsung device, it automatically select any region and connect successfully.
The coding is obviously different for Android and iOS, so it is not impossible for there to be some strange differences between the two devices.
As the standalone app does not have a logging feature, I am going to escalate this thread to try to get the appropriate Norton team to look into what is happening.
I am in UAE. It is not related to country because the Auto select working in my Samsung phone. I am facing tge issue with apple product iPad and iphone.
I just tested my standalone Norton Secure VPN and it did connect using the Auto Select Region setting here in Canada.
In what country are you located? Maybe something local.
Thanks for your feedback however, I olny have the standalone Norton Secure VPN. No other apps are installed from Norton.
You have installed the standalone Norton Secure VPN app? If so, and you also have Norton 360 iOS installed, that could be causing conflicts like you are seeing? If this is the case, try uninstalling the standalone app and using the VPN feature in 360 and testing the Auto Select region again.
