The Autocare function kicks in and cleans the internet junk files, windows junk files and startup delays, but gets stuck at 20% doing the hard drive defrag. If I don't cancel it's operation it will continue to run for days.
Bruce is the product in question Norton Utilities? Trying to get some clarification.
