Hello,
I wanted to upgrade my Norton Antivirus as it has expired. I downloaded and run AutoDetectPkg.exe ,but instead of guiding me to the right product to download a photo gallery screen pops-up with the following message:
Photo gallery cannot open this photo or video.This file format is not supported or you dont have the latest updates.
Can someone please advise why photo gallery comes up and what i need to install or update before I am able to run AutoDetectPkg.exe.
