Autofix failed to fix....."internet connectivity-host file cleanup"

I've been all over trying to find a solution to this.  Tried running Mr. Fix It, it doesn't fix the problem.  Someone reported in another tread that remote access replaced a missing file, but did not say what file it was and that was from 2011.  Does anyone have a solution, link or anything for this issue?

You may have another security program on your PC that has locked the Hosts File.  Spybot Search and Destroy does this.  Or the Hosts File may be damaged.  You can reset the Hosts File (if a security program isn't locking it) by running a Microsoft Fix-it Tool, found here:
