Hi, I just did a Restore Point on my computer and now I get the message above from Norton. I have gone through all the steps but I am unable to update spyware and antivirus. My computer is a laptop with windows7 that is about 1 1/2 years old.
I haven't had this problem before. It seems like when I tried to install the NIS 2011 installer , it just slows to about 2KB/second and never seems to load. Does anyone have any suggestions.
