Autofix Problem With NIS 2013 20.3.0.36

Im using NIS 2013 with windows 8 64bit and every time i click on 'get support' and run autofix it fixes 1 installation item. I let it fix the problem and then restart the pc, run autofix again, through 'get support' and it comes up again saying there is a problem with installation. I have tried reinstalling NIS 2013 using the 'remove and reinstall tool' but the problem still happens. Is this anything to worry about?
