Im using NIS 2013 with windows 8 64bit and every time i click on 'get support' and run autofix it fixes 1 installation item. I let it fix the problem and then restart the pc, run autofix again, through 'get support' and it comes up again saying there is a problem with installation. I have tried reinstalling NIS 2013 using the 'remove and reinstall tool' but the problem still happens. Is this anything to worry about?
This has been reported before an as long as your Norton icon has a green checkmark your product is working and protecting you.
