Automated Support Java Script Error – Norton 360

Problems have occurred with Norton 360 1.3.3.5 Auto-Protect and Virus & Spyware Scan on my sisters PC late last year; they can’t be enabled/run any more. (Operating on WindowsNT 6.0, IE7.0.6000)

 

It is unable to self fix within the program, but through automated Support a msgbox appears saying that the problem can be fixed automatically and that the issue is “A critical component has encountered a problem with it’s license. We will repair the license of this component.” Trying to do so, a Internet Explorer Script Error is caused:

We have misplaced the original installation CD… is there anyway of resolving the above problem? (Technical Support on the Symantec website doesn’t have any relevant categories)
