I have had automatic account renewal since 2005. This year I recieved an e-mail, plus reminders, saying my account is due. I checked my account status - no mention of automatic renewal. Also I noted the same page stated Symantec could not contact me on my e-mail address and "please update". I updated but the message remains the same. At the same time I updated my payment card details. I still get e-mails from Symantec! I don't want to renew the account and then find it is renewed again automatically. How can I find whether or not my automatic account renewal is still live on the Symantec system and if it isn't - why?
