Automatic Backup not running

I moved from Windows 7 to 10 a week ago and since then my Norton 360 will not preform Auto Backup on any of my (three) Backup Sets.  All backup sets will run in manual mode.  I have contacted Norton Support and have a case number, however, all they do is uninstall and reinstall my product and say wait for 24 hours.  If no auto backup call us back.  Computer is on all the time and all Backup Sets are set to automatic with all settings saved. Any fresh ideas would be appreciated.

Yes I have to reset all my backup sets after every re-installation  which is a chore.

After support reinstalled your product, did you set up the backup sets again? Reinstalling has usually caused me to have to set up the backup sets again on my systems.
