Automatic Firewall Rules question

NIS 2011
Vista Home Premium 32bit
Vista SP2

Ok I know I need to let NIS do its thing and I am. But I do have some questions. Tried to google for answers, but that made things more cloudy.
Hoping experts here can clarify for me
Installed NIS201 about 2 weeks ago, so just checking things to make sure all is well
Last night noticed 2 entries in recent history. Both read
FireWall rules were automatically created for Local Security Authority Process
Details:
Local Computer
: : , 49153
Traffic Description
Inbound TCP, Port 49153

Details on the second entry
Local Computer
0.0.0.0, 49153
Traffic Description
Inbound TCP, port 49153

So Run netstat -ano to see whats what.
According to netstat -ano, a svchost.exe is listening on port 49153 and not lsass.exe.
So I decide to check program rules for lsass.exe and I see ports 49155, 49154, and 49153

Is this ok?
Port 4915 and 49153 according to netstat show svchost.exe listening on both those ports.
Would one service use a port that another service is listening on?
