Automatic/Pulse update doesn`t work behind proxy

I`m using NAV 2009 (russian) that installed on 10 puters in my university and i can run LiveUpdate only manually.

Automatic update just doesn`t want to work (maybe because of proxy settings). This is strange because norton 2007 and 2008 worked just fine and updated automatically.

Now i`m using 16.5.0.134 and LU fix applied (v1.1.2.2).   All proxy settings in NAV is correct but the problem still remains.

I really hope to find the solving.
