Automatic Renewal Bills too Early

I have been a continuous customer of Norton, with the highest security and internet protection available through your service, for a decade now. I have never failed to renew my service on the date it is due to be renewed. I am a senior citizen, on Social Security Disability since January 2010. I do not appreciate you sending me repeat billing for 'months' prior to the due date. I will receive my disability income for February on February 3 - which is also my renewal date. I WILL RENEW THIS ACCOUNT MANUALLY. I CANNOT AFFORD FOR YOU TO BILL IT EARLY, IT WILL NOT GO THROUGH UNTIL THAT DATE AND YOU WILL CAUSE ME TO BE IN OVERDRAFT STATUS. DO YOU WANT TO PAY MY OVERDRAFT CHARGES BECAUSE OF IT BEING BILLED EARLY? IF NOT, STOP HARRASSING ME. YOU DO NOT KEEP LOYAL CUSTOMERS BY TREATING THEM THIS WAY. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BILLING NEED TO BE EDUCATED ON HOW TO KEEP LOYAL CUSTOMERS! Sincerely, Treva Brown

PS: You need to provide security for Windows 10 and Edge if you want to keep your Microsoft Customers. It is a good Operating System and Browser. I have used it for more than a year. All of the reports of problems are Hogwash. I am allowed to provide them feedback for both, and they typically correct the problem. They do not contact me to say they have done, but I am able to see that it has been resolved. If your are going to hold Microsoft Customers, PROTECT THEIR UPDATED SERVICES!

Sincerely, Treva Brown
