I just got billed for my Norton AntiVirus 2008 renewal - total EUR 97.19. Yikes.
In itself, this staggered me as I have no recollection of ever signing up for this service. I have a couple of questions, amazingly enough.
1) Why on earth have I been charged this huge sum (not the same as last time), when I find that according to the renewal website, I could have just renewed the program manually for only £29.99? What on earth is the thinking here?
2) How do I get a refund?! I really don't care if my service is cancelled, I just find this amount far too unreasonable.
3) How on earth can I get my bank details deleted from My Account? I am seriously uncomfortable with them being there now.
