hi there,i purchased a copy of 360 Premium this morning at pc world for 1 years protection. To install it, it said i had to give billing details for automatic renewal purposes, however it says once i am up and running i can cancel the automatic renewal which i tried to do in the my subscrition tab in my Norton account however every time i try to turn off the green tab button it directs to another page asking me to reconsider it also tried to connect me to a chat which also seemed like a diversion ,i am getting very anoyed with this because it has my paypal details which i want back.
You can also remove your payment information from your Norton Account > Personal Information.
