I was not aware I've signed up for automatic renewal until I received an email from Norton on Mar 16 telling me that my subscription to Norton Deluxe was renewed on Mar 15, 2020 & my credit card was automatically charged SGD109.00 on Mar 15.
I have 2 weeks ago subscribed with another company for cyber protection and I tried to find where I can cancel my renewed subscription with Norton and get a refund, but I'm directed in circles between "contact us" & clicking on "refund"..
Can anyone tell me what email address I should write to or how I can get a refund?
