I have had Norton anti virus for a couple of years on two computers. My subscription has just been renewed automatically. I got the email. I've tried activating I still get a Trial verion of Norton anti virus saying I have 15 days left. I don't want a Trial version. I have gone through the automated help. I do not get a button to "opt out" of the Trial version. On my account page it says I have no downloads available. I could not get a human being to talk to and I'm tired of texting back and forth with "Dan" or whoever the automated helper is. I keep getting the "BUY NOW" screen when I just paid for the auto renewal. Please help.
