Hi All,

Does NIS run the scans automatically? Can I set the time periods for these scans?

Automatic quick scans run after new SDS Defs updates:  more SDS Defs updates = more automatic quick scans, less SDS Defs updates = less automatic quick scans.  Check that it works this way. Thanks.

EDIT: From the Product Manual (Norton UI >  Help | Product Manual):

During idle time, your Norton service runs a Quick Scan when there is a definition
update.

Which scans? A quick virus scan? Have you checked your recent history?
