Automatic subscriptions

I find it extremely difficult to contact Symantec.  I am unhappy with their automatic subscription system - whereby they seem to think of a number and double it.

I am trying to cancel my £64 paid recently as the amount seems excessive.  I can find a cheaper alternative.

Can somebody please contact me with a simple remedy for cancelling my Norton 360 and getting my £64 back????
